Dell Hell, maybe, further down the river Styx is HP

I bought a Dell refurb here and have been putting off calling Dell support. It works great except I have a slight problem with it coming out of standby and now might be a good time to put Jeff's take on things to a test. He might be somewhat justified but on the whole he registers on the reactive meter.
