Penheaded: Why won't Cooper talk?

Quite a few commentators and journalists have been saying that Novak and others should talk about what they've said to Fitzgerald and the grand jury. Why is it that Cooper has not spoken about his testimony? I hope it is because he's going to write about it. Soon.
