Tonight is the night Showtime is showing "DC 9/11". The hyperbole of the film contrasts sharply with the reality(See Labor Day Reminder Day, below). A non-stop stream of propaganda has accompanied this war. You could even say this was necessary if it was an honorable struggle. But any war that is fought in a rush to fulfill a grand scheme without the wisdom needed when lives are thrown in harm's way, ceases to be honorable. Thought not given to the real costs in lives indicates a hubris that is shameful.
