After being told "go fuck yourself", Fox News gives Cheney a platform to make it all seem so natural; "...my colleagues..." thought he had it coming, Cheney said. Cheney objects to questions about the relationship with Halliburton and Leahy says don't say I'm a bad Catholic. Gee, money and politicians working hand and hand in Washington, that's never happened before. As compared with questioning an individual's professed religious devotion. Which would you think is the more germane subject of politics? Getting back to an earlier post, the whole thing is rife with irony.

First, Cheney did this on the day the Senate passed this new indecency act. Secondly, if a Democrat had done this to Cheney, Drudge and Sean would be calling for the nation-wide sedation of rabid, out of control lefties.

  Moore's 9/11 A great many in the blogworld are taking pleasure over the approval being given to the movie by Hezbollah and such. Moore tends to play a litle loose with the facts in order to tell his version of a greater truth. It makes for compelling film work.

  I love this guy





TPM, for my money(and time), is one of the best stops on the web. While he doesn't score 100% each visit, he does pretty well. He has been mining a really neat line in the intrigue behind what is going on with Chalabi.

What caught my attention today were his comments on a WSJ article. He nailed my big concern about Shrub & Co.- that they are some really virulent, closet Nazi's. I'm not talkin' the usual lefty rant here, I mean it. Despite all their claims to the contrary, they are possessed idealogues with no regard for our Constitution or democratic traditions.

Now as good a place as any to start, what I hope is the newest double-speak meme...

The "Fearless Offender" wouldn't say anything about the dead Republican Pope, Ronald Reagan, that he wouldn't say about him when he was alive. I am not the type to get all misty-eyed because someone dies, his eulogy should be the truth.

Ronny was probably suffering from dementia or some other affliction before he left office. He turned a self-righteous, condemning face towards those suffering from AID's. His supposed victory over the Soviet Union was actually the product of many President's before him. Reagan supported Saddam. He turned a blind eye as his cohorts flaunted the Constitution.
